As Head of the Admissions Office at LGU, I lead the full cycle of the admissions process — from evaluating prospective students' academic records to developing entrance exam criteria and institutional policies. I design and implement yearly enrollment strategies, setting strategic goals to meet target enrollment figures while working in close partnership with the Director of Finance and Operations on financial aid decisions. A key part of my role is building and sustaining meaningful relationships with partner schools, community organizations, and professional consultants to strengthen our recruitment pipeline and support the university's growth.
